Dec 20,2023I saw several questionable reviews on ShapesPlastics, so I was wary. I am very happy to say that despite the negativity I saw, I had an excellent experience! Most outstanding was the communication and follow-up. Because I was skeptical, I reached out several times by email to make sure nothing was falling through the cracks. Not only did I get e-mail feedback, but on each occasion I received a phone call to answer my query. In the end, the product arrived BEFORE the projected date (a bit over a week in total) WITHOUT any shipping damage and exactly to the specification I provided. I am very happy with the product, the service provided and the cost. I would recommend ShapesPlastics.

Nov 28,2023Both pieces I received had broken corners. The packing was just a piece of cardboard wrapped around the pieces, with no real padding, so every drop or delivery person who wasn't careful could have damaged these. I installed them but need to replace them b/c there are cracks and a broken corner

Nov 26,2023At first I was really worried that ShapesPlastics was not real and that I had been scammed, especially since their price for two large ¼” thick pieces of plexiglass for 2 windows was much cheaper (sometimes about half the price) than I could find locally or anywhere online. My worries and fears increased as I struggled with making any form of communication connection with the company: emails, phone calls, online chat… all unsuccessful at first with programmed responses directing me to one of the other ways of contact; which increased my fears that the company was not real. Eventually contact with someone was made and then continued back and forth. It was taking a long time for the order to process and ship out, but after making contact with someone, the order finally began and shipped out. After receiving the order, I was surprised that it was not packaged better in a way to protect the plexiglass from the physical abuse the shipping companies put packages through therefore there was minor damage to corners and edges (I have a small crack in one corner and a couple chips and the edges all look like they took some pressure abuses). The minor damage was not going to be a big deal for me (unless the crack grows) since I was putting a thick U-channel rubber edging all the way around them and all the edges will be hidden by curtains. In the end, if I ever need plexiglass again, because of the lower price, which I very much appreciated (thank you!), I would first check with ShapesPlastics.

Nov 25,2023Our Merchandise arrived damaged. I sent pictures to your company and have received NO REPLY from the pictures I sent. The box was torn and broken and all three pieces were damaged. No evidence of any protective material was present. I am extremely disappointed. I may send it back the same way I received it if I do not hear from you soon!

Nov 19,2023A simple order for a product sample took weeks to ship out, during which time our followup inquiries went wholly unanswered. Your prices are good, but your service response and lackadaisical shipment time is unacceptable. By the time your sample finally arrived (so poorly packaged, BTW, that FedEx had to re-pack & relabel the sample at their first depot), we had already received a similar sample from your competitor, ordered and received our first batch of material, and produced a prototype for our client. $15 well spent, if only to know never to rely on your firm as a supplier.

Jan 03,2024Edges need a lot of cleaning up and one dimension was cut over a 1/4” too short from what I requested. Product itself was good but the cutting to size was not so good.
