Aug 10,2023Company is a scam do not buy from. purchases 1'' thick plastic and was charged right away. after 2 weeks of no reply i tried calling and emailing and nothing. i emailed 3 times after that and got a hold of someone b ut they were not help they asked what the issue was and then never replied after 2 months of not receiving anything from them i contacted my bank and declined the purchase. would never attempt or recommend buying from them

Jul 17,2023I received our plexiglass with 2 broken edges right out of the package. I emailed and called to report the issue and ask for a refund or replacement and still have not heard back from shapes plastics.

Jul 12,2023I placed the order 6/6 and was charged immediately after a week of no information. I tried calling and emailing with no response. On 6/27 I get an email saying it has shipped with a tracking number. 2 weeks later it is still showing label created only. Seems like the company is a scam. I would not recommend

Jul 11,2023I ordered a 26x60 piece of plexiglass. It arrived as a 25.75x62.75 piece of plexiglass. Can’t do anything with it, can’t take it somewhere else to have the extra 2.75” cut off because it is too narrow with the 25.75” (supposed to be a table top). I’ve called and emailed and left voicemails. No one answers anything. Out $100 I guess. Scam. Disappointed is an understatement.

Jul 08,2023The online order process is good. Easy to find what you want and place order. Product arrived as ordered in timely fashion. There is no easily accessed customer service person. Wondering about my product delivery I emailed and called with no reply, the FedEx tracking number I received was not a correctly formatted FedEx number, as result my searches for shipment tracking info were fruitless. Little things like these create a less than five star purchase experience.

Jul 08,2023My package has been sitting at Fed Ex for over two weeks because it has a damaged bar code. Fed Ex told me I had to contact the sender. I sent an e-mail to you over a week ago and have received no response.

Jul 04,2023Ordered 2 pieces and both should have been the same dimensions. I received 2 pieces and neither was correct. One was too short by 1/2 inch and the other 12 inches too long and 1/4 too thin. Emailed several times and left voice messages but no response. Horrible experience

Aug 16,2023The piece I ordered was cut on an angle on one side so that a portion of the piece hangs over the edge of the coffee table. After several emails to customer service there has still been no reply.
