May 21,2024I ordered a custom sized HDPE board and it arrived exactly as I needed. There wasn’t much communication about progress on work on the order/shipping so I was skeptical at first. I called customer service and wasn't able to reach anyone the first day which didn’t ease my worries, but I was able to speak to a representative on the second day and they were very helpful. Regardless of all that, my product arrived around 10 days after I placed the order with no damage. I would definitely order from them again now knowing the timeline and how they communicate.

May 19,2024The $200 acrylic cover for an outdoor coffee table arrived with scratch marks and it didn’t even last three days. It looks terrible and was a complete waste of money. I wrote to customer service and they didn’t even bother to respond.

May 16,2024I needed frosted acrylic panels for a custom, interior stained glass installation. With the custom cutting feature from Shapes Plastics, I was able to mount the windows with much less hassle than I anticipated. They arrived well packaged and promptly. Will definitely use SP again for future projects!

May 10,2024They feel slightly thicker and definitely sturdier than the original panels that came with my greenhouse. A little expensive in my opinion but these are of good quality so I believe you get what you pay for. I will buy more from this company as the original panels fail.
