Jun 23,2023no one will answer phone calls. i have emailed several times with no response at all. very bad customer service. I finally got my product 29 days after i ordered it. nice product but you need to answer emails and phone.

Jun 21,2023I ordered an acrylic sheet with rounded edges and corners. The sheet was shipped and received, but the additional work was not done. Messages (to request a refund) were sent by email, phone, and their website. No reply or refund has been received.

Jun 20,2023I'm giving a review of 3 stars for the bad communication. It said ship in 2 days, it was like two full weeks before there was any update. I tried calling, leaving a voicemail, and emailing. Nobody answers anything. If not for the other reviews I wouldn't have believed this was a real company. Honestly, in 2023 there's no excuse for such bad communication and I wouldn't order again because of how difficult it would be if there was an issue with the order.

Jun 07,2023I placed an order and subsequently received the product I ordered. The product was cracked and chipped on one corner. I emailed your customer service and spoke with Brian who expressed concern with the situation. He said they’d send me a new one and that can keep or dispose of the damaged one. That was nearly a month ago and I’m now unable to call someone because they’ve chosen to make their phones inoperable. They’ve also not responded to my last 3 emails. My last email requested a refund but that hasn’t been responded to either.

May 30,2023Paid too much for a piece of acrylic to not be cut the correct dimensions. Tried to reach out twice and no one has helped me get the correct the order. Spend your money elsewhere.

May 27,2023Never received my order. According to the FedEx tracking, they have been waiting for my package for 15 days. Can't get a hold of the company or get a response from my emails. Glad I paid with PayPal, filed a claim with them to get my money back.

May 27,2023The product I received is of excellent condition and cut exactly as I asked. The customer service is not so great in the other hand. I had reached out via email and by phone and did not receive a call back or reply from either. So if you have questions it’s hard to communicate with the company.

May 22,2023The 3/4 inch Clear Cast Acrylic I purchased was deliveredd in a timely manner. The product was just as described on the ShapesPlastic site. I wouldn't hesitate to make additional product purchases from ShapesPlastic. The web site offers multiple products and is very easy to use. Nice to find exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable cost.

May 07,2023My plastic panels were ordered, but within 20 minutes of ordering I realized I listed one dimension on a panel slightly too long, and per their website, immediately sent the revised dimension and asked for them to confirm. Nothing happened that day, so I sent another email asking for the revision and confirmation the following day, and nothing. Then a couple days later I get a notice that it shipped, but when it arrived it of course was not the corrected dimension. If no one is going to bother reading emails as you request, then why bother asking for that as a means of contact? Took a almost an hour to slowly sand the panel down so it would fit properly. Very frustrating.

May 01,2023The blanks were cut out with the flutes going the wrong direction. Needed the flutes running the short way, like the photo showed when ordering. Also no where to specify that on the online ordering. Took almost three weeks to get them, but that is to be expected these days.
