Apr 30,2023I ordered from this company before and no issues, I ordered again for 1/4 inch thick cast acrylic sheets for my reptile cage, and they sent me 1/2 thick instead, they will not answer emails or calls, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, Iām still out $70 with no hope of them responding

Apr 22,2023Very happy with the acrylic piece for my new dining room table! It fits perfectly, looks great and adds nice protection to the wood. I even changed my order after submitting it, and was very pleased with customer service for allowing me to do that. I originally ordered a plastic protector from Amazon, but realized right away that it would not do, too cheap looking. So happy that I found this company! I highly recommend them!

Apr 12,2023I ordered frosted acrylic samples from 5 different companies. ShapesPlastics tied for my favorite material, but unfortunately was more expensive than an alternative. Additionally, the paper film on the samples was practically falling off ā it felt cheap and made me less inclined to spend more money with this company. I really appreciate the online quote tool so that I could see the price automatically. If it was a bit cheaper this alone would make me more likely to use this service.

Apr 04,2023Took a long time. Nobody picks up the phone. and they only respond to e-mails when you file a dispute with the Credit Card company. Then they send you a nice e-mail promising a refund while telling you they will ship you the wrong size at no charge. Then they respond to the Credit Card company to repeal the dispute saying they delivered the order. Then they disable your customer access "temporarily". They are essentially liars who do not have the business decency to follow-up with customers in a timely manner. But they will take your money just the same under false pretenses. I am in dispute mode now so I won't provide my order number. They know who I am.

Mar 29,2023Order was delayed a lot from what was the estimated timeline given. There was no communication regarding delay in delivery. Nobody ever pick up phone call or respnd thru email. Very hard to find someone on live chat. After attempting to contact for a week get to know that item is delayed and given a new delivery timeline but again it doesn't get delivered. No communication and same struggle to get update. Worst customer experience. After so much delay no empathy for customer and no option to send item thru faster delivery.

May 01,2023Our first order was billed to us but never delivered. It was difficult contacting the company to talk to someone and explain the situation. Then when we finally recieved the product it was not clear , as we had ordered but opaque or cloudy. No one returned our next inquiry into why the different table top. On a positive note the size cut was very accurate.
