Sep 21,2022The cast plexiglass I received was cut nearly an inch short and had scratches. After an initial reply, customer service was too slow to respond via email. And no one seems to answer their phone. Plus their voicemail message advises to email instead of leave a message. In the end I did receive a decent replacement piece.

Sep 19,2022Should be an option to give 0 stars. I ordered a piece of plexiglass. They sent me a broken piece and do not answer their phones/emails to replace the piece or refund my money. The packing material had no padding to protect the piece. I need my money back!!

Sep 07,2022Price is comparable, quality is good....however, they send the wrong parts! Very similar to most other complains. Customer service communication definitely need improvement. Original order was placed on 8/2, and still have not received the correct parts today (more than a month later). I am about to call the credit card company and retract/dispute the charges.

It was a single item purchase for me so that is more than acceptable. Took a little longer than expected but everything does nowadays. Summary: Reliable, professional and competitive priced. What do you want, eggs in your beer?

Sep 01,2022Communication between myself and shapes plastics was less than optimal. When I tried to call someone, a recording recommended I use email or “chat“ for faster service. When I attempted to chat, I got no response. When I attempted to email, apparently my Gmail did not sync with whatever mail system they use, so I was unable to communicate through that channel either. Once I was able to connect with a live person, they were polite and eager to help.

Once you realized that my order had been misplaced, you quickly completed my order and shipped it right away. When I finally got the product, it was exactly the right size, and color and fit like a glove. I'm very happy with the product.
