Nov 23,2022I ordered a couple of pieces of UHMW plastic on Oct 22. I was very patient, as I know the whole world has slowed. I tried numerous times the past week to contact them. No response at all. Yesterday I called my CC company to refute the charges. Today I ordered the same items from another company. This was a $450 dollar order. UPDATE As of 12-6-2022 I recieved a credit memo from Shapes plastic. Now its Dec 14th and still no refund to my CC. I hope I get some recourse through Visa. Update Dec 21 2022. finally 2 months after my order and no shipment my CC has been refunded. This is a lot of time spent that I will never get back. Shapes finally did right, but not the way a business should be run. Beware.

Nov 06,2022Edit they did call me back after I disputed the credit card charge and ordered from another company. He funded my money but the items still arrived. So I guess I have extras which I should not even need. Appears that there was a medical emergency which i hate to hear. Placed a custom order on 10/23. According to the website it ships in 3 Days. It’s now been almost two weeks. I needed this for a rental condo that my in laws are staying at for another week. No replies from my voice mails or emails. I am disputing this with my credit card company.

Sep 28,2022Ordered custom piece of 3/16 polycarbonate from website- timeframe they posted to process custom orders came and went so I contacted them for an order update- was told they no longer have 3/16- would I accept 1/4" at no extra charge....sure, but how much longer were you going to wait to ask me that and why did i have to contact you to find that out? When it arrived, it was fine, cut as ordered but poorly wrapped for shipment. I think I just got lucky it wasn't damaged.
