Jun 28,2024Great Customer Service - They actually sent me the plastic with incorrect dimensions but the moment I called them and told them about it, the lady that I spoke to, Terrah, was very kind, immediately understood my issue and within 3 days I received the new shipment with the one with the correct dimensions.

Jun 28,2024Very poor shipping timing. Product showed up a week after scheduled delivery and took multiple calls to get any info. The shipping was $500.00 and in my opinion was not worth it at all when i could have sent a truck for less and would have delivered sooner.

Jun 20,2024I called and spoke with customer service and explained I was looking for a thick opaque plastic to replace the glass top on an outdoor table. As such the material would need to be rigid to serve as a table top. I was directed to order black acrylic. When my order arrived I had not just one but two sheets of acrylic but the material is thin and flexible and not appropriate for my needs. I called customer service and followed up with an email and I was promptly refunded the purchase price. Based on the integrity, accountability and ease of working with customer service, I will definitely do business with Shape Plastics in the future.

Jun 20,2024I got exactly what I ordered pretty quickly and within reasonable tolerances of length and width. Their pricing is also very fair, about 30% cheaper than Home Depot and Lowe's where I am, which I would have had to cut myself.

Jun 16,2024We still haven’t received our table top, ordered on the 31st of May. It’s been a very disappointing experience so far. Not sure what the issue is with shipping our product via FedEx. We never expected it to take so long. Just wish the owners were more responsive to the customer.

Jun 13,2024The materials are good and the ability to cut to size is beneficial. Time to ship was a bit slow and the cut parts were all oversized by ~1/8" - 1/4" with some pieces being slightly off square. It's small dimensional errors and in all cases oversized, so they can be trimmed to fit.
