May 05,2024This was the worst experience from start to finish. Hell from the get go, awful impression kits, wrong sizes they make you pay for extra of the right size thus wasting sending the wrong ones each time they make you buy more. Couldn't get impressions out once they started to harden.. ordered in Feb. Finally received in May after they wanted to me buy more impressions and I offered to go to a different company. They are revoked on BBB AND will not refund your money. So no point trying. My natural teeth aren't as bad as the veneers they sent. They look like a horse and are so thick I can't shut my mouth now with both sets in. They stick out so far I look bucktoothed. I will never wear them. Paid 670 plus 44 or 66$ more for extra impressions to wait for garbage.

May 01,2024Over the Moon with Joy and Excitement. Fantastic Quality and Customer service. I wrote a review on April 1st but I wanted to write another one with an update. I just received my veneers today and let me just say how incredibly impressed I am. The fit is spot on and believe me when I say....after I showed them on a live Facebook video to family and friends, I just went in and stared into the mirror with tears of joy. I can honestly say I will definitely be smiling alot more. My confidence has just gotten an extreme boost. I have been waiting for this feeling for so long. The process was easy and they explained everything so clear so I could provide all they need to make my veneers. The customer service is phenomenal. They are very quick with responses. Although it isn't fitting just right they are working with me and I believe they will take care of my issues promptly. Doing hesitate it's worth the money.
