I received my lower veneers and I love them, my top veneers are accepted and being made. I know now that I’ll finally receive the smile I’ve been waiting for and I’m blessed. I got bright white by the way :)

I purchased the middle shade because I wanted a more natural look than the shiny white. Love these veneers. Price is right, and the customer service is beyond anything that I expected. Jun 10,2024I can’t even fathom the amount of unprofessional, and con artistry that this company has shown toward me since I made the mistake of buying their kit. I bought it in full hoping it would build my confidence since I had to make the decision to have my tooth pulled back in November. I’m getting married June 15th, and I purchased the kit over a month ago. I submitted the first kit in early May hoping it’ll be enough time before my wedding. I received an email saying it was rejected and that a new kit would be available for a $20-25 dollar price. Desperately I purchased it. I watched the video and did exactly what it said. I sent the second kit back and it was rejected. So I asked for my money back in full. I have emailed this company more than once, I’ve called more then once. I’ve even had a representative of their own to contact the billing company and they refuse to give me back my money. This company is a con. They take your money and won’t give it back even when you’ve tried to do the kit more than once. I’m disgusted and angry at their behavior on this matter.

Jun 04,2024I had an issue with my initial impressions and was frustrated. My frustration lead to wanting to just give up and cancel; however their support team was very gracious and offered a video conference to ensure the process was done correctly. I was also issued express shipping.

May 30,2024So far, they have work with me to get my veneers to have a correct fit! I had to summit twice and pay for an extra kit! I recommend don’t use the whole first kit, the 2 time they did FaceTime with me and they excepted the 2 impressions it was a go! Cant wait! Im excited! I will update when they arrive!

May 29,2024I ordered my veneers Jan of 2024 and after 3 attempts I received my last try for a proper fit in may 2024 and no they do not fit. The teeth do not go to the gum line. Every single pair are done exactly the same way, made too short for the natural teeth. They do clip on and feel light weight and comfortable but they can’t be worn because they don’t fit unless I want to never smile again because then you’ll see the crazy looking gum line. Over all it was an expensive and very long process for a failure result. And they do not refund.

May 23,2024I’ve had a great experience so far with Shiny. The ordering process, instructions, and impression process have all gone smoothly. They were prompt and clear when responding to questions I had emailed them about. I have them and they fit perfectly . My suggestion to Shiny Smile would be to include samples of all the colors in the same box as the impression kit, and then allow the customer to update their color choice (only if they want to change it) when they return the impressions. Other than that, great experience thus far!
