Jul 27,2024The whole process of making the molds was very easy, be sure to make multiple molds if you have extra material and send them all back. Just improves the chances that your molds will be accepted. I had an issue receiving my first molds, not the company's fault, shipping in my town is very complicated due to terrible Postal Service policies. But Shiny Smiles representatives were fast to assist me and even sent a replacement kit immediately without receiving the returned to sender first kit back. Very good customer service and very quick to respond to any questions.

Jul 27,2024This company is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with! I had a couple issues on my end and they were quick and thorough to help me! With every stress I had they always eased my worries and really helped me every step of the way, no question was too dumb. No matter who you speak with they were super sweet with every interaction, they truly care about you and getting you their product!! I recommend them over any of the competitors!

Jul 26,2024I thought the mold making process was difficult. The company lets you talk with a specialist on video chat and I was able to make a successful mold. I just am waiting the 3-5 weeks for veneers to be made and delivered

Their pricing is very competitive, but beyond that, their customer service skills combined with how frequently they keep in touch with you throughout the process gives you a stress-free experience. With my first imlression kit, I did a video call with a rep to assist and make sure I did them properly. Unfortunately, I had already used some of the material on my own attempts prior to this, and I did not do them properly. So, for only $15 total, they shipped me out a second set of materials, and a few days after I shipped them back, they emailed me and let me know immediately that they were approved! Couldn't he happier with the experience I've had

Jul 18,2024I did a lot of research before eventually choosing Shiny Smile Veneers and they have far surpassed my expectations. Customer service has been great to work with as my first set cracked. They quickly sent me a new pair as their warranty promised. I would highly recommend this company.
