The delivery was extremely fast, I had to return the shoes, one was too small and the other had some manufacturing problems. The return was super quick as well, no problems at all.

It was my first time ordering from Shopmanzil, so I was slightly hesitant about paying the full amount upfront via credit card. However, I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised by the super quick delivery—it arrived even before the estimated date! I loved the item, but unfortunately, the shoes didn’t fit my skinny legs and were a bit too big. I requested a refund and, once again, had some doubts about how smooth or delayed the return process might be. To my delight, the pickup was arranged quickly and efficiently. While I’m still waiting for the refund to process (which I understand takes a few days with credit cards), I am genuinely impressed by the overall experience. Based on this first purchase, I’m excited to explore more items on Shopmanzil’s website and order again. Honestly, while typing this review, I feel like it sounds too good to be true, but I’m genuinely this happy and satisfied!
