Jun 08,2021I presume that owing to the foreign entry allowance of 30 parcels at a time coming into the country owing to Covid restrictions being the reason that the parcel took over two weeks to arrive.May i respectfully suggest that ypu advise your customers to allow extra time for delivery in future.

May 11,2021The actual order process was straight forward and easy. However, the entire delivery process has been terrible. Even though you’re given tracking details they aren’t overly clear, it isn’t clear who is delivering the products, and when there’s problems it’s not clear who you get in contact with. GLS - were very unhelpful when I contacted them as the tracking said the item had been attempted delivery but no one was home, however no note was left. They then retried to deliver and someone was home all day and they still said unable to deliver on the tracking. GLS then said I should contact parcel force which I did and have had to organise collecting the products from the depot. Considering the price of the products I expected much more thorough and secure delivery. I wanted to order an item that is out of stock currently, when it came back in but this process has really put me off and would make me reconsider. I still have to collect the products so can’t comment on them but just overall not happy with my experience. It should be made more clear who you need to contact when you have a problem.

May 11,2021Order a ring from Sif Jakobs Jewellery which I though from the website was UK based but turns out it’s Danish. Not a problem of course, but it did mean it took longer than expected to arrive, best part of two week so if ordering for a birthday or other event keep that in mind to ensure it arrives in time. Product and packaging is lovely, looks and feels a quality product. One thing, the packaging outside is branded Sif Jakobs, doesn’t say jewellery but it might be a little obvious what’s inside to a parter seeing this coke through the letterbox or being handed over by a courier. Other than that very happy.
