We are leading specialists in industrial disease and work-related conditions. Simcox Oliver Solicitors was founded in 2013 by Matthew Oliver and Emma Simcox-Oliver, together imparting over 35 years’ occupational disease and personal injury experience. We are a specialist law firm acting exclusively for claimants who have contracted an occupationally induced industrial disease. We are based in Altrincham in Cheshire and unlike other industrial disease and personal injury firms only employ experienced and qualified lawyers to deal with your claim. What makes us different? This is my first time using Simcox Oliver Solicitors.
