This time had unfortunately lost a jet earring (part of necklace/earring set). Quick phone call, and managed to purchase a replacement pair. As usual excellent service. Will visit again when next in Whitby.

I emailed back a couple of questions and nothing was too much trouble, even down to the preferred date I needed the item delivered to me (due to my being out most of the week). It arrived on the day I had asked for it to be delivered on, and it is an absolutely beautiful piece, absolutely perfect, thank you so much for the great customer service and the beautiful jewellery

We were in Whitby earlier this year and she visited the shop, saw a piece she liked but was unable to purchase the item at the time. Thought it would make an ideal present for her so ordered online earlier this month. It’s a well priced, well-made and attractive piece which was delivered promptly, and I would use Simpson’s again.
