Oct 28,2024My wife and I had our first proper date in Whitby and on our anniversary a few years ago, I bought her a silver bangle inset with jet from Simpsons. She was devastated a few weeks ago when she realised that she’d knocked the stone out. We went back to Simpsons hoping that they could do something and we were very happy when they said they could replace the stone and not only that, they didn’t even charge us! And sent it back free of charge. Absolutely fantastic customer service, we would have been happy to pay for the repair so this was lovely. I even bought her another couple of pieces. Could not recommend enough.
