Jul 24,2024Amazing customer service - incredibly helpful & friendly, I would recommend this as a place to shop. Visited the shop recently & bought a couple of pendants for gifts, while we were there the young man serving engaged us in conversation, was helpful & clearly had good product knowledge & kindly cleaned a pendant bought from there previously. I also communicated directly with Derek Simpson in the workshop who made a piece specifically for a gift to suit requirements, was extremley helpful. All much appreciated, would definitely shop there again.

And they are perfect. Superb quality. And a super fast delivery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. I needed these earrings quickly as I was off on my hols. There was a WhatsApp number to answer queries. I messaged them, received a prompt response and next day delivery. Couldn't be better and my mum loves them. Thank you Derek.
