I have purchased Jet jewellery from Simpsons both personally from their shop on Grape Lane in Whitby and from their online shop. Each time tge customer service and after sales service has been second to none. My go to place for Jet jewellery. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have recently ordered two additional matching items online from Simpsons Jet of Whitby after purchasing a jet and silver bangle from their shop on a recent visit to the wonderful town of Whitby. I am beyond thrilled with the high quality of the bangle, earrings and pendant necklace - they are stunning. Packaging, gift box and gift bag, tag and history of jet mini booklet are a nice touch. Great communication from Derek too. One very happy customer who will definitely be back - hopefully in person!!
