It's been a long time, more than a month, I haven't received the goods.
I've been waiting for my delivery for 3 months. No response to emails. Totally unreliable. Not recommended.
I ordered on 11/9/2024, did not get any response after 10 business days. Sent a lot of emails, and get a response, send me a shipment info. At the same time, I called Pay Pal, create a case for me. After 1 months or more, I did not get any shipment. Pay Pal refund me. I like to give Pay Pal 5 stars, and give SKG a ZERO star.

Shipping/ delivery, it took longer than expected. Over a month ordered 31st october. Not arrive yet.! Your shipping guide in your website is misleading. For international order and delivery.

Pour commencer, nous avons réservé avec carjet, nous nous retrouvons avec une société locale qui s’appelle SKG. Service lamentable ; Une personne qui joue aux échecs sur son téléphone et nous demande d’attendre le temps de terminer sa partie pour s’occuper de nous. jamais vu ça ! Bien évidemment, la voiture proposée n’est pas celle que nous avons réservé et ils nous propose une plus petite voiture et pas automatique. Pour finir, ils propose de vous rembourser et d’aller voir ailleurs.
The device I ordered from their website was lost in the way to my town here in Spain (it ended up in another city, actually) so I had to email them and tell them. They sent me my order for the second time and it finally arrived but I was sent a default device. Before it arrived, they were replying to my emails within hours. After the delivery of my SKG G7 Pro-Fold and me letting them know that its battery did not hold any energy no matter how many hours I charged it for, I never heard from them again. I was robbed around 120€. I reported them to PayPal and PayPal contacted them too but still no answer 😡
I use this product every day. I was within weeks of the warranty running out when it malfunctioned on charging. I contacted SKG Customer support and they immediately responded to my problem and replaced it with a brand new one.
SKG made the watch return great.

Great product, great timing on the shipment as well. Wish the products came with a charger as we had none to fit and could not use the massager right away. So I was bumbed.
You ignored all subsequent attempts at communication. The issue remains with only a couple of metrics being reported to Apple health despite the documentation saying many metrics are reported. Is there any interest in actually fixing the problem?
This was actually a mother's day gift, and I prepared it for her so she could use it right away because she has a lot of pain in her neck area. I used give her massages because it really was an issue for her but since I work late haven't done so in some time. So she tried it out and she absolutely loved it she loved the heating and the pulses. She uses it every other day and doesn't have as much neck pain as she did before. Highly recommend!
