James clearly knows his stuff, and helped my wife and I to choose the right equipment for our level. It's rare these days to receive really exceptional service, but hand-on-heart this was one of those occasions. 10/10. Very highly recommended.

I had x3 boot choices with fit and refit then molding on the one that was by far the best fit for me. Excellent service and advice. Since the first buying my ski boots I purchased a pair of skis and poles.
