Comfort boot fit went very well. The technician identified the issue with my feet in the boots and fitted shims and stretched the boot shells. Have skied the refitted boots for 2 weeks now with no issues. I also discussed my skiing re a pair of Volkl sl skis and accordingly bought the skis. Which I have again skied for 2 weeks now and thoroughly enjoyed.

I visited to purchase some new skis and get recommendations on bindings. The team considered my use of the skis when helping to pick out bindings and gave me some feedback on ski selection that was helpful. I was able to have the bindings fitted and take away the skis all in the same day, c. 1 hr, which was great for me as I’d driven over 1hr purposefully. That obviously depends on how busy it is with boot fittings etc., but this was all explained before hand. Worth a visit if looking for ski gear/equipment!

I visited ski exchange for a new pair of ski boots. My old ones were bought off the shelf a long time ago with no fitting. I had a very different experience this time! I didn’t get the name of the gentleman that served me, but he was excellent, clearly had a lot of experience and certainly knows what he’s doing. I had my feet measured, a custom footbed made and even the shell modified slightly for a bunion. I tried them out at MK the day after, and what a difference! Super service, I’m thrilled with my purchase and would recommend a visit for anyone after new boots.

Superb boot fitting. I have had several done, and this was the first time that I felt someone understood my problem feet, knew what they were doing, had dealt with such problems before, and worked tirelessly until my boots were as good as can be achieved in a shop. I will return for a further tweak discovered after a week skiing, but you solved the major problems I was having and got me back on snow. Thank you.
