Feb 13,2023We originally purchased a set of boots for my wife in December 2021 and the improvement in comfort and consequently enjoyment for her was immeasurable. We also purchased her a set of skis and the service and time taken to match her to the equipment was first rate. So when time came for me to replace my boots in December 2022 so we used Ski Exchange again. I was asked lots of questions and answered honestly and they took their time to match me and the boot without pushing a particular brand or product. Result is just back from my first week skiing in them and honestly couldn’t be happier! Greater comfort, more control and consequently greater confidence on more challenging slopes! Would highly recommend and will use again!

Jan 06,2023The whole process of buying new ski boots was great. Isabelle who fitted the boots and the rest of the team were fantastic. Each step of the process was explained and adjustments made throughout the process to ensure the perfect fit. Everyone there was so friendly and lots of snow/ski chats. Once you leave the shop there is still the chance to go back to the store for adjustments if you feel they are needed. Thank you for such amazing service and the coffee, I will be using this store for all my future skiing needs.
