Jun 24,2023Overall the contact I had with James was prompt and helpful. He was v knowledgeable and made the process of selecting the right equipment for my requirements easy. From placing my order to delivery was little over a week. The only down side was the parcel arrived a bit battered with duct tape holding part of it together. Inside the extra module I’d ordered wasn’t in its cardboard protector and was damaged. James was prompt to arrange a replacement once I contacted him. Had the snow board module not been damaged I would have awarded 5 stars.

Excellent service great care and attention given to understanding requirements and then the full fitting process , really knowledgeable people running the company and excellent advice , we have used them before and always found them amazing . They will help with refitting boots after you have had them for a season and never try to rip you off for things you don't need. Highly recommended.

We booked an appointment which is best, on arrival we had a one to one service.The team were knowledgeable on the various makes that would suit our feet followed by a full measuring and fitting service. I would not hesitate to recommend Ski Exchange to Skier looking for new ski equipment.
