Dec 05,2024I have been so.ehow signed up for a subscription service that I do not want. I have ordered from them twice but now they are sending product every month faster than i can use it. I called my credit card company, they told me this was listed as a recurring charge. I asked them to not allow any recurring charges from skinny fit. They said my best bet was to call Skinny Fit. I called right away and of course couldn't get through. I don't need ro receive product every month nor did I sign up for a subscription plan. I am going to try to return the package i got today for a refund

Nov 30,2024This company is such a scam. They tell you that you have 21 days to try the free trial, that you can cancel before the 21 days and not have to pay if you return the product. I received my order on 11/14 have tracking to prove it. I received a notification that they tried charging my account and sending another package a few days ago! Luckily my card declined it. I emailed them, to cancel my trial. Now they’re claiming you can’t just cancel before the 21 days, they have to have the product RETURNED to them before the 21 days is up! They claim my product has to be returned by 12/01 which ISNT 21 days since I received my trial in the mail. This place is a scam. Don’t bother.

Nov 26,2024I was buying a trial of the product. I used Apple Pay, face-id was triggered I made the payment (aprox 5 usd). While trying to get my receipt, there were too many options and butronsthat lead to confusion making you buy more stuff. By mistake I clicked to buy another pack. This time the Apple Pay UI was not triggered, there was not a verification (face id or anything) and anyway they charged me 50USD without my authorization or consent. There is no way to cancel the second order on the website. I sent an email, they said the order was already shipped. (Within less than 15min 🤔) and said that either I return the product and get my money back or they can offer me a 25% return on that order. I have manifested again I am not paying for an order I did not approve and they have been SUPER pushy on making me pay for it. Now they offered 50% return. Its ridiculous just give me my money back cancel the order I did not approve. It has been multiple emails of asking for my whole. This must be illegal. I have not tried the product and I already hate it. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Nov 26,2024Never ever trusting this company, I ordered some products a while back, I ended up not using them so I contacted customer service and they sent a label so I could return them and PROMISED to give me a FULL refund once they got the products back, it’s been a while and I never got my money back, they stole from me!

Nov 21,2024If I could give this company a zero I would. I did the try before you buy and it never let me choose to quit the subscription. And it just kept charging me and sending, I tried calling and could never get ahold of anyone until today. I never could get logged in by email or phone which I thought was weird bc I typed an email when doing the try before buying. They only would give me back money for today's auto one and not from the last month ....this makes me mad that they don't want to even give a percentage or anything of my money back! Ridiculous and very disappointing service...don't recommend 😒

Nov 20,2024I placed an order on 11-19-24 for a trial of the Super Youth Peach Mango and Skinny Gummies. It was to only cost me $5.95 for shipping. I was supposed to be able to try it for up to 21 days and then decide to keep it and pay in full or return it. Next thing I know I am being charged for several other items I did not authorize. Super Youth Tropical Punch 52.95 FIT IV 50.83 Detox 42.35 SkinnyFit Bottle 21.15 Mini-Mixer 21.15 I sent an email to support right away letting them know I did not authorize those items and to please refund me. By morning no response so I call and they tell me the items have already shipped and I will have to mail it all back before I get a refund. They don't care that I didn't even authorize the purchases.

Nov 19,2024They advertised this powder for trial size and only a shipping fee charged 5.99 then they charged me 52.09 on my card in 2 weeks or so.. is a scam! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY’s sales tactics are very deceptive. I called the 24/7 customer service no one answered. Then when they finally did answer they hung up on me when I told them I didn't agree with this charge.

Nov 18,2024Update: 12.13.24 They did refund all of what was charged to me after they got the "free" item back. This is a subscription. Product is almost $60, not just shipping fees to try it. You cannot log in to cancel the subscription because "their log in feature is not quite up and running." You have to sit on hold for 30 minutes to then argue with someone that you didn't agree to this purchase/subscription. Read all the fine print. If it says something is "free", it is NOT "free"

Nov 18,2024I ordered the trial collagen offer off of Facebook and clicked “complete order” unbeknownst to me they had an item PRE-CHECKED so that you end up purchasing another product which cost me $53.! That is a marketing scam right there. I’ve called their supposed customer service number multiple times and no one ever answers. You get a recorded message saying to “leave a message and they’ll call you back” they DON’T. I’m on the phone now on hold (shocker) and all I hear is the hold music and that stupid recording on a loop. This morning, I received an email from someone named Oliver saying my order was on the way and that they could offer me a 50% discount! My email clearly stated that I was charged for a product I did not order and the response did not address the issue. Now not only am I calling my bank, I’ll have to file a complaint of fraud with the bank and with the appropriate agencies also.

Nov 16,2024Description of complaint: Ordered the $5 trail. Received it. Promptly remembered that I've tried it before (I take collagen daily & have tried many) and that the texture is terrible. Communicated that I wanted to cancel & why. Was told oh that's the insoluble fiber to aid digestion (being useless) in the bottom of your cup so we'll put your subscription on hold in case you change your mind. Told them I don't want to pay for something wasted in the bottom of my cup, cancel. It's canceled. I have asked REPEATEDLY how to return this item to get my money back and filed a dispute with PayPal because SkinnyFit won't answer me. They keep saying it's canceled & she received her item. Skinnyfit says they won't even respond to me now (which IS a response, petty greedy company!) because I'm disputing the charge. I want to return their trash & get my money back.

Nov 13,2024Well been on it for a few days now and it’s slowly doin its thing I have dry skin an my face is the worst out of it but I drink 2 a day cuz I’m pumping it up an the taste isn’t bad but the collagen does come through lol but I will see where my 21 days end an I will probably buy another we shall see. But over all like so far

Nov 12,2024Like other reviewers I notice energy lots of urination like I have taken water pills the taste is great but looking at all of the main ingredients there is more than enough sugar substances others reviews say they didn't lose weight at all so I figured if I do happen to drop inches or pounds then maybe it only works with particular body types the time you all ask me for a review is way too early to give a fair opinion of the product and is probably why so many reviews say they have not lost any weight 🤷🤔

Nov 12,2024I love the flavor of the product. The presentation of the package is what caught my eye. The only thing I have an issue with is, the time to try out the product. I ordered on the 30th of October. So, that's not giving me my full 21 days to try it. It should be from the time I receive the product!!

Dec 06,2024The 21 days trial starts on the day you order not the day received. I returned the items within the appropriate amount of time and they still charged me. I tracked the package and it arrive on their desk on the 16th. It took 4 phone call of being on hold ENDLESSLY and several emails before anyone responded. THEN they required that I send them a picture of the receipt from the post office even though the track number showed delivery. They even gave me the tracking number so I would give them the correct receipt. SUCH a scam. It was finally refunded but this is a horrible way to do business. STAY AWAY!!!
