We had seen Sleeping Duck and my mum had just purchased one. Said it was great and service was good. The ability to test and return was super attractive too. We didn't need it though. Our mattress is super comfy and we love it. It was delivered within days. I'd highly recommend Sleeping Duck. In fact, I have been.

Feb 21,2021At first we were having sore backs until we got used to the bed. Now the bed is very comfortable and very supportive on the edges. Compared with our previous bed it is not as soothing when you first laid down but the previous bed ended up sagging and caused us to have a sore back. The SD bed is now a pleasure to lay on.

Feb 01,2021Consider it a 3-year mattress, and you’ll be OK. If you’re expecting a ten year lifespan, consider your options. We were really pleased with ours for the first couple of years, but like many others on here we noticed sagging after around three years. Neither of us are what you’d consider “heavy” so this has to be down to either quality of workmanship. The mattress is mounted on a flat (non-slatted) base and it’s still deteriorated. This was mentioned to their team but on each occasion the response hasn’t been what I’d expect (especially from a supposedly “premium” product) Sleeping Duck have now withdrawn from the UK market, meaning there’s no local support, and the warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

Nov 06,2020I have had my sleeping Duck mattress for over 3 years and finally decided enough is enough. I have tried the different foams, which were supplied at no extra cost, but i have never had a completely comfortable sleep. The mattress has changed shape as well now and I roll towards the middle being lighter than my partner. The big gripe I have with this mattress is that it is extremely heavy! And immensely thick! Making the bed on my own is a nightmare. The mattress hardly bends and I have to lift it with all my might and rest it on my knee to get the fitted sheet corners on. So I have decided to buy another mattress. Yes, you guessed it, an Emma.

Oct 17,2020Very disappointing product, foamy. hot and oversized with a chemical smell. But worse, they promised a full refund but this is delayed process to collect, which they blame on their contractors (COVID), yet they took money quickly and delivered quickly in the same circumstance. They take no responsibility for this systemic failure providing a timely alternative truck and getting a clear answer to when will I receive my refund has been near impossible despite many many polite texts and emails they still evade this basic question - I have just been told perhaps a month? I will find out next week how long it will take etc.

Jul 12,2020Comfortable for 1 year then it just turned into a bowl because of sagging, which has made the sleeping experience extremely uncomfortable. I expected at least 5 years of comfort for ~1400$ :(

Aug 17,201918 months since purchase and I have no faults, complaints or anything bad at all to report. It's not hot in summer, it's warm in winter, it's the best night's sleep I've ever had. In fact I sleep so well I've had to start sleeping with my curtains open to help me wake up in the mornings!

Aug 09,2019We purchased a bed after seeing the Sleeping duck on Shark tank, then we slept on it amazingly for 12 months or so. After that, the felling of sagging in your sleep crept in. We now have back aches and wake up every morning and have to climb out of a pit. I am a 90 kg man, my wife is a 60 kg woman and we both wake up stuck in a bowl. Sleeping on my sofa is better. This is the first mattress that I have complained about. 2 years use and it feels like a 10 year old mattress. Not very happy that Sleeping Duck will not do anything about it. They say they guarantee against sagging, but say it must sag 30 mm for warranty claim. Sleeping duck say that they don't guarantee comfort and maybe my comfort has changed. Damn right it has. I'M NOW UNCOMFORTABLE EVERY NIGHT I SLEEP ON THIS MATTRESS! Mattress does not look sagged, but the bed now sags as you sleep rolling me and my partner slowly to the middle. Don't buy this brand even if CHOICE nominates them as one of the best. At first you will say WOW. and write an amazing review for them. Then you are left with a mattress that very quickly becomes worse than a mattress out of hard trash. There are more out there like me. We have spoken on Sleeping Ducks Facebook page. so it's not just us experiencing this. Best go to a shop or a reputable Manufacturer that did not get there fame from Media and campaigning internet users. Hope this helps.

Aug 06,2019Great mattress without an extortionate price tag. If you are looking for something firm which seems to be a bit unpopular in the UK, this is the place to go. Our previous mattress while claiming to be "cool" was like an oven and this one also regulates heat vastly better.

I can honestly say that I won’t be looking to another company/brand for a mattress having purchased my first sleepingduck mattress. The customer service was fantastic and the mattress just feels quality. Haven’t slept better in years and would recommend to anyone who is unsure on a choice of mattress.

Apr 24,2019lThis is by far the best mattress we have ever had. We purchased the firm option. The memory foam layer is great and springs support brilliantly. We paid via 0% finance- amazing option and easy to set up. I had thought we may need to split the top layer as I sleep on back and partner front but we both find it super comfortable. We just need to get some great pillows now to complement the quality of the mattress. Thank you Sleeping 🦆

Apr 24,2019After buying a super king and trying various other online mattresses which sucked, sleeping duck came to the rescue. I will note that the foam supplied was far too hard but the communication and sorting a replacement softer foam at no extra cost was dealt with amazingly by Nicole (shout out!) Sleeping very well nowadays along with my partner. Surprising considering I loved sprung and she slept on 100% foam before hand. The customer service is a credit to the company.

Mar 10,2019I purchased this mattress after a long time looking between brands online and it seemed to be the best of all the mattresses on offer at the price point and it has been the best thing I have done its like sleeping on a cloud, I sleep on my back but the other half sleeps on her side and we both agree it has given us the best sleep we have ever had you spend 25 years of your life in bed sleeping so spend it in comfort and get a Sleeping Duck.
