Jan 17,2019When it arrived we were not sure it would be any good. The box was torn and did not have the wow factor. That all changed when we get the Sleeping Duck on the bed... it looked fantastic and we were immediately confident of it being a good choice! The sleep has been superb. We went for a firm option and it's been as good as we could want in the support it gives. The only thing, and this is to be expected with a foam top - it is a little warm and I'd love there to be a cooler version but it is certainly cooler than other foam mattresses I have slept on.

Jan 17,2019My wife and I bought a sleeping duck to resolve the back ache that my wife was experiencing. We started with medium but swapped with no hassle to firm and my wife has no problems at all. We've since moved to a bigger property and bought a second, larger mattress, which we also love. We wouldn't ever go back now.

Dec 03,2018Was a bit nervous choosing a mattress given the many options available. Reassured by the 100 day money back guarantee, I plumped for the Sleeping Duck mattress as I wanted a hybrid. Have been very pleased with my purchase and it is a million times better than my old one. Also impressed with the after sales - I did not have to take advantage of the option to change the firmness of the foam layer but the company maintained contact to ensure that I was happy without overdoing it. A word of warning - the mattress is very heavy so make sure you have help if you need to get it upstairs...

Dec 03,2018Ive always been pretty good at sleeping but as I sleep on my front I found my old mattress though it was under a year old, was not giving me the right support and I was restless and mostly getting out of be as my body couldn't take laying down anymore. So I chose after much research the sleeping duck medium mattress, I was absolutely delighted at the great support it gave me whilst sleeping, its firm but very comfortable, does dip and feel as though my bad is finally getting the support it deserves. Would definitely recommend!

Oct 22,2018We ordered the medium mattress and then later swapped the topper out FOC for the softest option. I got to admit I really like the results. I sleep well and am very comfy. My back sometimes aches but hey I have had a bad back for over 30 years in any bed. Sleep on my side now and my back doesn't ache - not unless I stay in bed for about 10 hours or more (which to be honest has happened on this mattress a few times). Nothing is perfect but from my experience I recommend Sleeping Duck for their customer service and this mattress for my sleep.

Oct 06,2018comfy mattress but .... im not convinced the seams are strong enough on the cover for such a big heavy mattress. The topper on my mattress cover was already apart when it was delivered. Sleeping Duck replaced this straight away. but 7 months on the seam and piping on the base cover have now come apart. I havent moved or pulled it roughly to make this happen. Im currently awaiting a reply from sleeping duck but according to thiier warranty the seams arent covered :-( pretty poor and disappointing considering how much it cost.

Sep 27,2018Original review below. After having the mattress over a year it is now very poor It feels like you are sleeping in a trough and causes back pain for me and my wife. We've had our Sleeping Duck for around 4 months and it's been fantastic. Took around a week to get used to used but my bad shoulder pains that I've had for a couple of years are a thing of the past.

Sep 26,2018So the delivery wasn't perfect. They said it would arrive on a particular day so I took the day off, and was told it didn't get shipped! So they arranged delivery for the following day before 10 and I was able to go into work a bit late. As for the mattress, I started pulling apart the plastic and the rolled mattress flung open and began expanding! As the instructions suggest it is really a two person job to lift and move these around and mine was only a single. New mattress smell lasted a couple nights and in the heat of the summer, the coolness of this mattress was so much nicer than my old foam mattress. I still think a conventional mattress might be cooler, but this isn't bad. But in all honesty, I really like my mattress, find it incredibly comfortable and have been getting the best sleep I have ever had. So I'm happy!

Aug 28,2018Fantastic mattress - I had my UK double with medium firmness delivered a week ago and have been sleeping better than I have in years. There is a period of adjustment to this style of mattress as in the past I've had high end spring style which are much more 'plush', but so glad I have given the sleeping duck a go. It's support, comfort and sleep quality are second to none.

I ordered my mattress on sat 26th jan and was told it would be with me thurs or fri, but it never arrived and so i was told it will deffinately be with me mon or tues. i askes for some tracking info but then was told it would now be wednesday Then all of a sudden i find out they hadn't even manufactured the mattress and was offered a small refund of £35, but still they could not even tell me when i would get a mattress. i cancelled the order and got a full refund. As others have found out , you can't call them. i was told that the line was busy. Busy for a whole day? An email contact called Nicole could lie for a living. And i belive that she was not in the uk. On the website all the reviews are from Austraiian customers.
