Mar 01,2022Service and product are fantastic as always my only grip was the delivery charge at £4.95. I ordered this item because it was on specials offer but by time you add the delivery charge there wasn't much of a saving.

Feb 25,2022Slim and Save is life changing. My type 2 diabetes is almost in remission after only 8 weeks on plan. I've still got a long way to go to get to a healthy weight but I know I can achieve this with Slim and Save. All the flavours are amazing so I never get bored of eating the same thing. The service and support from the Admin team is second to none. If I could have give 10 stars I would have!

Feb 24,2022Slim and Save is a great way to lose weight fast - the diet does take real willpower, but once you have got through day 4/5 things feel much easier. The packs all taste great and the extra 200g of fresh veg makes a huge difference. The team at Slim and Save are incredibly helpful and the facebook group offers great support.

Someone pointed me in the direction of Slim and Save, and I am so glad they did. Great range of tasty low cal/low carb meals to keep it interesting. Super quick delivery - usually the next day, and I am using the weight and measurement apps on the website to keep track of things. I have lost a stone in the first 2 weeks, and my blood sugar, and blood pressure have come right down. Win Win.

The website is great and within a short time going through the information the principles of how it works are clear to understand. The website resources, diet diary and weight record are all free. All diets take commitment and willpower over time, but if one sticks to this plan, results are much more quickly achieved. The NHS is also supporting the health benefits of VLCDs in reversing type 2 diabetes.
