Nov 03,2021Brilliant customer services. Simply excellent. Ultra-fast delivery. The portions seem smaller than another well-known replacement diet, but the variety is much better and on the whole very tasty. Only been about 4 days on S&S so far, and I feel very bloated. Maybe needs time to settle down. Of course, it could be the amount of Soya in the products - I can't tolerate it So perhaps trey replacing the Soya (which is very harmful to Agricluture, farmin methods and the planet in general), and replace it with Pea Protein instead.

I was type 2 diabetic now my blood glucose levels are normal. I've decided to be 71! next birthday I feel so good!!!!
