Slim and Save is a good professional company who provides a large range of meal options. And importantly for me the food is very palatable and tastes exactly as the title suggests. Keto Diets are hard and require sustained will power - absolutely NO CHEATING. But in return they work. And weight loss is quick. Having done a medically supervised Keto diet in the past to loose weight I am very surprised and pleased to have found Slim and Save. It’s a cost effective way to loose weight quickly. And the food choices are excellent. Definitely recommended. *****

Oct 07,2021I am hungry quite a lot but just getting used to it. The meals although not much to look at are actually quite tasty, I have only been on this plan for 4 days and am already seeing results. Make sure to drink plenty of water to fill up your stomach, massive help with the hunger. I hope the results carry on, would recommend
