I used the simplicity plan route. After the initial 8lbs weight loss (first wk) I lost a steady 2lbs per week and in 5/6 months I lost a staggering 5st. The benefits to my health were great, I was taken off blood pressure meds, only require low dose cholesterol meds for my heart now. The more weight I lost the better I felt both mentally and physically.

Slim and Save's staff were brilliant when a shipping error occurred (which was not their fault). They diligently tracked the lost parcel and sent a replacement very quickly and efficiently. Great product too - tasty meal-replacements. I've lost a stone in 2and a half weeks, I don't feel hungry, and I have found huge new reserves of energy!

I ordered the mousse mix to convert diet shakes into mousse. I realised that the postage would be free if I got it delivered to a local newsagents for ‘click and collect’. I was notified within just a couple of days that the parcel was ready for collection and that was very easy. First attempt with the mix didn’t go that well as I tried just using a hand whisk so I’ll try the electric blender next time but it’s certainly a welcome change from just drinking the shakes. Would definitely recommend both the mix and the delivery service.
