Sep 02,2021Excellent customer service. I had ordered my meal plan in good time before I ran out and delivery was scheduled for next day. However, it didn’t arrive next day or day after and I received notification from dpd that it would now be delivered the following Tuesday! 5 days since ordering! Quick phone call to customer service, return call within 15 minutes and matter resolved. New delivery to me by Saturday together with advice on how to stay on plan. Wish every company was as efficient.
