I bought a starter pack to try and was really very sceptical about this diet. My intention was to do just one week and get back to my calorie counting diet. At first, I did not feel too good but after the first four days, I started feeling more good than bad. I have now completed 15 days and I am feeling so good. My blood sugar has gone from dangerously borderline to normal in no time. I was having bad swelling in my ankles and that has gone. I have energy and feel great. I have lost 14lbs in two weeks and 8.5 inches around my body. The food is good and easy to prepare. I have found that I love most of the meals/bars/shakes etc. There is plenty of choice so I will just not order the ones I am not keen on. I must say that the Spaghetti Bolognese is great. The only down side is that I am only meant to have on bar a day. They are amazing and so filling. Oh yes, and delivery is so quick, meals are packed well so no damage and I love the colourful packaging. I just wish that I had the 100 day poster as I do not have a printer to print one off.

These bars and shakes form my VLCD. They are, without doubt, the tastiest products in this category. The website is very easy to use, lots of interesting information to help you in your weight loss journey. Perfectly packed for maximum protection and received next day, as promised. I shall definitely be ordering again and can confidently recommend these two products, I haven’t tried the ready meals or soups so cannot comment on them.

This is a tough.diet but once you are in the zone its really.great. admin.are fantastic and always available help.the group of members are supportive..the.food.backs and bars are nice and delivery is prompt

First 10 days 10lb off. Absolutely delighted. Stuck to plan. Not very fond of the meals will have to work on them. Soup and shakes I like. Did not find the first ten days too bad. Mind over matter!!! I have quite a bit to lose and determined to lose it. My knees will appreciate it. So far so good.
