Oct 14,2024The technician spent all day to upgrade the system and add 3 cameras and a doorbell camera, decided it was going to be too hard to install the doorbell camera and didn't install the three cameras where I wanted them. told I had to make another appointment to finish, called and was told i had to wait until October 29, now I have to take another day off of work. To make matters worse the alarm starts beeping at 1 am says low battery and the whole system is unusable, called service what a joke told me it had to wait until the 29th, told him I have no alarm nothing works and finally got him to send a technician on the 15th after an hour going back and forth with him. I'm so close to calling you guys and telling you to rip out the whole system and go with someone with better customer service and product the only reason right now is because my wife said we have had Slomins for 14 years and never had a problem, I guess you guys have changed. I want my system to work I want my doorbell camera and 3 cameras installed is that too much to ask?

He was very professional and very neat. he installed all our cameras, alarm pads and alarming the windows and doors. the system is very easy to use. we are very happy with the install and service. i forgot how to look up something on the alarm which is on my phone, i called slomins and the operator showed me where to locate the item and was able to fix it. very happy customer.

Oct 19,2024The technician came to install the cameras, only installed the wiring. Said they would come back the next day and didn’t. Called and got transferred to oil department twice when it was an alarm issue. Been a customer for over a decade, this is really disappointing.
