Nov 03,2024Problem with the driveway camera and tech came out and reset the connection to the camera. Still having intermittent problems with viewing the driveway activity. First call, Slomins told us to reset connection; second call sent tech to check out the connection; third call they said they were having IT problems for about 2 weeks. Why did they not tell us and why so long with issues that customers need this protection and are paying for it. It is a lost cause if the system is not working correctly and there is no protection.

Nov 03,2024The installation was great. Tyler, the installer, was knowledgeable, polite, helpful and quick. The whole experience was not perfect because the dispatching system gave me basically no information about the time of Tyler's arrival. The automated system basically reported that my job was the installer's next job and he would be there shortly. Technically, this was accurate but does not tell the consumer how much time they have and when to be ready. The system clearly knows where the installer's first location is, and how long it would take for the installer to travel to my location. By being so vague, the system kept me from accomplishing other necessary tasks for which it turned out I had plenty of time.

He gave me a complete rundown on what he was going to do in the house in the house and then took me through it when it was all set up and showed me and made sure I was comfortable with everything

Oct 31,2024Received a phone call at 8 am that tech was on the way, did not get here till 9:30. Not happy with the wait time. Phone call should be closer to the arrival time or customer should be given a closer arrival time.

Oct 31,2024Service person Harshad arrived on time as I had asked for as I would not have been home earlier. Worked neat, clean to update my system both wired and wireless. Took the time to make sure everything worked perfectly and took time to explain change in usage and separation of zones. Pleasure to work with highly reccommend.
