The MySlomin’s app for iOS and Android provides a robust, easy-to-use system for remotely controlling the Slomin’s Shield system. Not only can users remotely turn on and off lights, lock and unlock doors, and change the temperature, but they can also set up scenes in which devices work together automatically. Slomin’s also offers heating oil delivery, oil burner installation and repair, and gas and AC maintenance and repair in the Northeast.
We began having an issue with our alarm and called Slomin’s right away. A technician came to our home and suggested that we use our upgrades which would give us the newest equipment and hopefully get rid of our electrical problem. Our technician was here yesterday and worked very hard replacing our equipment. He explained everything to me and found the problem and fixed it. Rich was also very helpful explaining what we needed. Two of the fire alarms are back ordered so we will be having them installed once they come in.

The tech was very professional. He quickly installed all the door alarms, motion sensors and home monitoring pad. He showed me how to use the app and got me all set up. He cleaned up everything neatly and made sure I was comfortable with using the key pad and app before he left.
THEY CHARGE ME 118.00 TO RELOCATE MY SYSTEM TO A NEW HOME, BUT FORGOT TO TELL ME I WOULD OWN A BALANCE OF 476.00 DOLLARS AFTER THAT.FOR ME THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE
The installer's friendliness and professionalism and knowledge of what he needed to do to get the job done. The only thing is that i didn't ask for the manual for the new keypads installed and the lawn signs

man sent here was very professional and pleasant, and he spent a longer time here due to the lack of dealing with a few incompetent people from comcast, he never showed a bad attitude waited here to complete this job right.

Oct 02,2024Even though your system of scheduling and letting customers know when the tech is on the way isTERRIBLE, once my tech Tyler arrived, he did a good job of letting me know the process and setting up my alarm system. My appt was between 8-12. At 8:00 I called and was told my tech was on the way. I called back at 8:50 and was told by a customer rep that the tech should be there around 9:00. At 9:20 I called AGAIN and another tech said they have until noon to get there but they are on the way, when I asked “where are they coming from, I learned the tech was coming from they looked it up because I kept pushing for a time frame and the tech was coming from New Jersey- I am in Milton, DE (southern DE).
