Sep 05,2024The representative was friendly and knowledgeable. He was very patience in making sure I understood how the equipment. The representative should be awarded for his service. I would also like to make a recommendation, there should be a pin camera so it can not be seen. In addition, when viewing the footage I would like to be able to hear what is happening without speaking in the mic., night vision should also be added. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy so far.

Aug 30,2024The sales rep was great! The installer was great! Customer service not so great. Actual product not great either! I rarely get notification on my cell phone when someone is at my door. When I've called customer service in the past I was told it's working fine. The doorbell on the camera rings on the outside. What's the point in having a doorbell camera ring on the outside and not inside. It makes no sense. I am in a contract and that's why I am still with Slomin's. I would've switched if I could.
