Apr 14,2024I have been a Slomin's customer for years. Slomin's installed my heating system when my house was built 30 years ago. It went flawlessly. I have been a customer since and have never had an issue with them. The receptionists to the service/maintenance ppl are all exceptional. A few days ago I had an alarm system installed by Slomin's. As usual, it went flawlessly. On time, professional, friendly, explained everything, cleaned up everything before they left. Couldn't ask for a better company !!

Apr 12,2024I asked the technician about signs or decals to display the service and he said yes, he had plenty but he did not give me a single one, even after I asked. I also was not clear on how to navigate the system.Is there a you tube or how-to place where I can get the info on operation. Also, I am getting a new cell phone and need to know how to access the app. (or can I download the app on my lap top?) I wish he wrote something down, but I have nothing in writing to answer these questions. Thank you.

Apr 12,2024Been with them since 2007. The technician arrived early afternoon (it’s an 5 hour drive to get to me) and got right to work. He installed 2 dome cameras on the rear and side of my house, a network extender and a window alarm for the 1 blind window in my house - this was an upgrade/renewal so I already have a doorbell camera covering the front of the house, indoor camera, touchscreen pad and indoor motion detection. He made sure everything was working properly and taught me about all the functions and how to get the most out of the new and existing equipment. He was very pleasant and professional. My monitoring costs are the lowest you will find and I love the equipment and service Slomin’s provide. Highly recommend.

He worked hard on getting the system up and running and made sure the area was neat and clean upon completion. He explained everything to me and showed me how to operate the system. I would recommend Slomin's for your alarm monitoring system.
