The MySlomin’s app for iOS and Android provides a robust, easy-to-use system for remotely controlling the Slomin’s Shield system. Not only can users remotely turn on and off lights, lock and unlock doors, and change the temperature, but they can also set up scenes in which devices work together automatically. Slomin’s also offers heating oil delivery, oil burner installation and repair, and gas and AC maintenance and repair in the Northeast.
The installation was poor and incomplete. Keypads are mounted crooked items were missing from the order the camera was not mounted the panel was left on the kitchen counter the contacts her crooked and dirty and marks were left on the ceiling
Took his time to explain and install everything! Made it simple for me to understand. Also wiring and setup very clean and hidden in my home.
Technician who installed the system was very thorough and explained the system and usage of it very well.
The technician that installed our upgrades was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend Slomins to anyone that wants to feel safe and secure.

The technician was great but we were never told by the salesperson that we would need an electrician to wire our doorbell. This would have been helpful so we could get everything arranged for. We don’t have use of the front door camera due to that.

I had Keith he came to my house on time performed all of the necessary tasks and jobs, and then he walked me through the process.
Keith, the service tech was great. However, as soon as he left an error message appeared pn the control panel screen, and on the Slomin’s shield app, indicating there was a problem with the siren. Have to wait til Thursday for another service tech appointment. WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE! ITS BRAND NEW!!!!! This should not happen to a brand new system! Also, the panel’s volume is very very low, almost like it’s muffled.
The Technician that came to my house was very polite and explained everything to me. He was very patient and kind. He was very knowledgeable about the product and it was a pleasurable and easy experience.

Slomins made everything so easy! They came quickly and installed our new system fast! The technician made sure everything was working and explained everything in detail before he left. Worked clean and fast and was very nice. I would recommend Slomins to everyone.
Very easy to navigate alarm. Our Installer was great, very professional, quick and respectful of our home. Took the time to show us how to install the apps and work the keyboard.
Patience is needed to teach or instruct on how to use system especially the elderly and people with cognitive problems. Technician need better training on teaching ability, some get annoy if they have to explain more than once. Company called to say technician on his way didn't arrive until an hour and half later, then stay in car for another while.
One gentleman arrived on time, took off the door sensors, ripped out touchpad out of the wall bc it gave him trouble and in doing so ripped the plaster right out of the wall. Then had to leave and left his crap behind because he left his drill in Elizabeth. Another gentleman arrived, didn’t even introduce himself and asked for his partner. He reeked of cigarettes and we have a toddler at home. The agent and three representatives who we spoke to assured us this upgrade would come at no cost to us. We just got hit with a $166 permit fee. No cost doesn’t mean some cost. We’ve been with you for four years, almost five. On top of which, this is my spring break - I am a teacher - and I have to waste sick days bc you didn’t have any smoke alarms and still don’t. That evening, we had gone out for dinner and returned home to an alarm we couldn’t disable. Blaring sirens for 20 minutes, calling the support line only to have the call drop and no one could help me. The technician neglected to tell us that in addition to our guest codes being wiped clean, our main code would also be wiped. I had to figure this out for myself, go into the app and fix it. While my toddler and husband and dog are hiding in the basement to get away from the noise. We have always sung your praises - never again.
