Mar 30,2024The tech was good but he rushed teaching the app. When they said he was on the way it took almost 1 1/4 hours for him to arrive & then he was sitting in the car for another 10 minutes before he came in. Otherwise he did a good job

Mar 25,2024Well I got Slomins almost 2 years ago, when the oil prices were insanely high. He gave me a good price if I got the alarm system…..never realized I was signing a five-year contract, after a lot of problems with the alarm system, When nobody could help me I took the base and I hid it in my garage, because it wouldn’t stop beeping and it was 1am. I’ve been calling customer service for over a year now to try and talk to a supervisor and nobody lets me talk to a supervisor. so now I’m paying like $45 a month for an alarm system that doesn’t work and nobody of authority will talk to me at Slomin’s. I have never dealt with a company that wouldn’t let you speak to a supervisor or a manager. I went there to talk to somebody and I always get the same answer (I will send somebody out). The situation is still unresolved it is one of most frustrating situation I’ve ever been in and very surprised with this company. And as soon as I can get out of this contract I will get out of it with the oil and the alarm system. I will keep putting a review everywhere!!!!

A representative called me the next day and spent an hour going over all the details, packages available, and answering my questions. They were quick to schedule service and the installer was patient and friendly explaining everything we needed to know before leaving. I would definitely recommend Slomins for a security system.

Mar 24,2024The system installed was different from the one I had. The salesman told me everything would be the same except it would be touch tone. But it was all different. I don’t think the salesman was listening to what I needed as well as signing a 5 year contract. I was very upset when it was installed and had to call Slomins to come back to adjust the touch tone system.
