The MySlomin’s app for iOS and Android provides a robust, easy-to-use system for remotely controlling the Slomin’s Shield system. Not only can users remotely turn on and off lights, lock and unlock doors, and change the temperature, but they can also set up scenes in which devices work together automatically. Slomin’s also offers heating oil delivery, oil burner installation and repair, and gas and AC maintenance and repair in the Northeast.

Mar 05,2024Lack of communication concerning sales and installation visits. No confirmation sent for installation, other than a letter received after the installation visit. I was told I would hear from the technician prior to arrival with an estimated time, and that did not occur. Slomin should be confirming appointments via phone or text message. At one point, I was very concerned with my own security as I had an appointment set up at my home with Sales, then I received a message asking me if I was interested in having a sales consultant contact me. They had no record on my sales visit being scheduled. The actual installation of the system seems to have gone well so far.

Mar 05,2024Salesperson Isaac was great. He was patient and thorough. Isaac always responded quickly to any of my questions. The installation tech, Stephan, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The job was done very professionally. After years of being an ADT customer I can say that Slomans Security will be my provider from now on.
Unhappy customer
Mar 03,2024It took the Slomin's worker nearly 6 hours to update our system and add to 7 windows. Additionally, while using my restroom the worker urinated all over the seat and onto the floor. Requiring that I clean my master bathroom after he left.

On top of that he put it in the phone directly. He was here for hours, working hard. He went above and beyond!! BIg KUDOS to him.

Mar 02,2024The Slomin's installer was very knowledgable and professional. A part that was needed was dropped off by another employee preventing a second visit to my home. A manager also stopped by and was very informative and professional. My only issue was that I was asked if I wanted a morning or afternoon appointment. I chose morning but the installer didn't arrive until afternoon. I had changed my work schedule to accomodate the morning appointment. Scheduling appointments properly is always important to the customers.

Feb 29,2024The sales person was great. Alarm installed very fast. Only problem we’re having problems with false alarms on front door. NYPD Police came once. Central station called but I didn’t answer because looked like spam call. In future give station phone numbers when alarm installed. . Customer service gave me central station number.
