The MySlomin’s app for iOS and Android provides a robust, easy-to-use system for remotely controlling the Slomin’s Shield system. Slomin’s also offers heating oil delivery, oil burner installation and repair, and gas and AC maintenance and repair in the Northeast.

Slomin's has inferior alarm system. I'm a senior citizen and have been having problems with this alarm system since day two and this is day three and I'm having more problems!! When I called to cancel my contract I was told that I would have to pay a fee. Not only do they have you pay a month up front and then give you crappie material and you have to call them for a technician to come out, they want to charge you to cancel only after three days of lousy service!! I'm 70yrs old and I live in a house. My touch pad is upstairs in my bedroom so now if I go out I have to run downstairs to get out before the alarm goes off and when I come in I have to run upstairs to turn off the system!! Doesn't make sense to me!! They don't have a wall keypad to make life easier and they want to charge you to cancel. People don't waste your money on Slomin's Shield alarm system it just isn't worth the aggravation!!

Slomins contacted us to let us know openings were available to change our install date. On the day, we were contacted by the installer to let us know when they would arrive and the technicians were professional and very knowledgeable.
Installer Omar was incredible! Knowledgeable, kind and so patient on a snow day with two kids in the house. He was amazing and worked with us as a partner. I cannot say enough good things about him! Thanks Omar!
Shavon (Employee 631) was flexible in scheduling my installation. He made sure that every door and window were properly secured, that I was able to download and use all apps, and spent a generous amount of time teaching my teenage son and I how to use the system. He was a pleasure to work with and refused to allow me to tip him. Give this wonderful employee a raise!
Installer left a mess in the bathroom and clogged the toilet.
installed alarm, didnt realize I had to watch over the installer every minute, he forgot to install smoke detector, when he left, garage door sensor didnt work, and second key pad in back stopped working 2 hours later. maybe better parts, I thought and was under the impression they were upgrading my system, I guess only if I watched them closely, otherwise things were just skipped over? I dont know, but I do know the system is not working. called to get someone back, being patient, so ok, things happen, adjustments needed, the phone operator tells me I have to wait 4 days to get a tech back here.....so I got a new system, needs to be adjusted, but I was put on end of list for tech after being asked to get installed a day early Im guessing they had a free tech...so I cancelled whatever, but told 4 days to get tech back, total nonsense so I called back, lets see if they show up tomorrow. Ive lost alot of confidence,
