I'd give them 1 star if I could. My elderly parents need oil and they can't tell me what they are coming. No one will call back or schedule a delivery, They have been a client for over 50 years, It's cold in NY and they need oil! Slomins said they have enough? Really, they live there? How do they know? I'm so disappointed and angry. My parents will have to stay in a hotel.

This customers service department is horrible. I've had this company for over 5 years and every time I call about a minor issue I have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes on the phone to speak to somebody it's annoying. And more than half the time they don't help anyway. I will never ever ever ever use this company again.

Supervisor came into my home without permission (Did not ring bell or knocked just walked in) NEVER INTRODUCED HIMSELF AND DID NOT GREET US IN HOME. Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting. ALSO WALKED AROUND MY HOME WITH BOOTS ON WHEN TOLD FROM APPOINTMENT DATE TO COVER FEET. I DO NOT WANT THIS SUPERVISOR BACK INTO MY HOME, i would rather DISCONTINUE SERVICE THAN TO ALLOW THIS CHARACTER BACK INTO MY HOME. Absolutely Diplorable

From the office representative that took care of my calls and to the service tech that upgraded my system yesterday,I am very satisfied with the service except this morning when all of my fire alarms went off but it was explained to me that it wasn't related to Slomin's set up.
