Nov 15,2024This score is not reflective of Slurp, their sevice is 5 star but relates to DHL and their delivery. As Slurp use them it forms part of the whole experience. I received notification that my 2 boxes of wine had been delivered (20 bottles) and I had signed for them (which I hadn't and nothing was at my property). Fortunately the photo evidence showed they had been left at a property 10 doors away in full view of any passerby. With the help of a neighbour we retrieved my order. I have sent 2 complaints to DHL without reply. Maybe Slurp can get an explanation and apology from DHL.
