I never purchased from them yet here we are again getting asked for feedback. Why are they connecting my email to a random order and ignoring issues raised. I still await confirmation my data has been removed from their system as I never opted in to correspondence

I was offered a refund or replacement which I accepted and arrived the next day. The initial delivery setback was quickly remedied with quick efficiency. I would certainly recommend this company and would be happy to use them again based on this interaction.
