May 10,2024I order my first one to make sure the color was a match. It was and I installed it and it looked and works perfect. I order the wrong size and was about to order a replacement plus two more, Then I was advice I could order a new one without the motor for 1/2 price and just switch the motor out, I did that and only ending up costing me less then 100,00. best customer service I ever received, and this was an online company with real people answering the phone. I thought this was a thing in the past! I made a total of 4 calls regarding several small issues I had and they answered the phone and walked me though all the steps to make the proper adjustments while i was on the phone with them to make sure I got it right,

May 08,2024Love my SmartWings Motorized Blackout Cellular Shades Nowa blinds. I ordered them for both my bedrooms and they were so easy to hang and set up - I was able to do it myself. I haven't had time to set up Alexa yet, but have no doubt, that will be just as easy - I've just been using the remote. I'll be buying more for the rest of the house!

May 08,2024Everything was fine and worked as it was supposed to. Only issue was that one line became disconnected on the roller so that the plastic bead hung down behind the shade, and we had to restring that line through the webbing and reattach it to the roller (hence only four stars). Not too difficult to re-string.

May 07,2024The Smart blinds shipped quickly and perfectly sized to the window defined. Such a simple setup, the blinds snap-in easily with the provided mounting hardware and 10 minutes later I had a fully functioning smart blind. Very happy with the results, more orders on the way!

May 04,2024Nice smart cellular shades. They shipped quickly and are a perfect fit. Easy to add to HomeKit, now I can ask Siri to open and close them. I've bought six of them so far and I plan to buy more in the future. The only improvement I would suggest is a wider color selection.

May 02,2024This is my second set of Smartwings blinds. I originally did my kitchen windows and I liked them so much I decided to do my sunroom windows. I have the zigbee motors that integrate well with my Alexa Echo. The blinds arrived quickly, well packaged, with everything I needed to install them.

Apr 30,2024Overall the product arrived in good shape as I ordered. Impressive. The installation was a pain. I installed on our outside screen porch. I chose an inside mount and didn't realize how hard it would be to get a perfectly straight, perfectly level setup for three small clips that hold up the shade. I did have a problem mounting the clips to the rail on the top of the shade. I had to bend the lip of the rail a bit for all clips so the clip would extend far enough into the rail to create a tight fit, otherwise the clips kept popping out. I wish there had been a better solution to attach for an inside mount such as a supplied rail that was the length of the shade so I could easily level and line up vs independent clips, Or have a way to connect on both ends of the shade to the posts/wall.

Apr 22,2024These blinds have exceeded our expectations. Quality wise, the fabric is beautiful and feels very durable. We went with the blackout fabric as the back up and it works great. The app that comes with the blinds could be better and more user friendly but it works great with Alexa so that makes up for the app. Also the control works great and it is modern and simple. Overall, very satisfied with our purchase the value that we are getting from it.
