Jul 02,2024Don’t buy the solar panels unless you know they will work. They do NOT accept returns. Our windows are under an 8 foot overhang and they do not charge the blinds at all. Also you might need a router very close to the blinds for matter/thread blinds to works. Our Apple TV is in an adjacent room and that isn’t enough to get them to consistently follow scheduled commands to work. Have been working with support but they refer me to articles without actually listening to the problem.

Jun 12,2024From my experience with this product was very complicated. 100% love the product and the fact that it can connect to my smartthings hub and Alexa is amazing. But the downside the web page is very confusing if you do not know what you are looking for and the description as well. We ordered and we were sent the product with a solar panel but the solar panel it came with was not compatible with the device like how does that even happen. Support was unhelpful when it came to connecting it to my smartthings hub.

The installation process was straightforward and user-friendly. However, I did encounter some challenges with the programming documentation, which I found could be improved for clarity. This minor issue aside, I am quite satisfied with my purchase and will buy from them again!
