May 18,2023Ordered outdoor shades. The packaging was excellent! The product is well made, seems very sturdy, and was easy to install. Shipping time was also excellent especially considering the distance it travelled. The shade worked without a problem. Had a little trouble setting the limits but an email to support solved the problem by pointing me to a YouTube video.

Took over a week for them to even let me know that my original order couldn’t be accommodated as requested. UPDATE: Smartwings remedied my issue by expediting the correct shades, which I just received today. Everything appears to be in working order and they look as nice as I had hoped. I’m happy with their responsiveness and with the quality of the products that I received. Updating review from 1 star to 4 stars.

May 16,2023Great service and fast delivery. From order to receiving 7 days. 2 minor things. One shade was initially rolled crooked so on first lowering of shade it went to far to one side. After 1 cycle of full lower and full open it self corrected. The other was one of the shades ordered was not in shipping mode. The remote was on 0 when I pressed lower and a shade in an unopened box tried to lower. After opening box it was not bad to fix and did not damage anything.

May 10,2023Amazing quality product (motors and light filtering fabric), couldn't have been more satisfied ! I do not like how the blackout material feels, especially around the parts where it is stitched. I have mixed reviews about the support team. One member of your support team (Cora) was excellent in tending to my issue when I didn't like the fabric I ordered and stepped into my shoes and really took the time to understand my problem. The other person (Rachelle) was literally not interested at all in hearing me out, offered standard responses and a horrible resolution.
