Jun 24,2023Quick delivery (considering they are custom made), quiet, reasonably fast to open/close, integrate with the new HomeKit Thread standard, and good selection of colors and materials…and for far less money than the bigger brand names. Also I got the optional solar charger so never need to worry about battery life. I love watching 4 blinds in our bay window all open or close in sync.

Jun 21,2023I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I bought a new home without window treatments and I had a couple quotes for 14 windows that were over $16k. I did my research and ordered SmartWings blinds fir 1/3 the price and similar quality. SmartWings blinds are well worth it and no regrets. I have the Apple Home enabled motors and they work with one touch for each room. I also have the remotes which are perfect when I have guests. They are super easy to install. The best installation hardware I have ever had to install. It took me less than 5 min per blind. I have spent the money on Lutron and Rollease and having to install hubs and difficult programming. SmartWings was a breeze. I am super happy with my decision and so is my wallet!

Jun 19,2023The NBI measurement and installation individual assigned by SmartWings never returned my phone calls - I reported to SmartWings that I still don't have a team to hire to work on installing these products. At a Standstill now: not sure how I go about measuring then installing the product. I might try to take this on myself ( using the DIY instructions): but I'd rather leave it to a professional.

Jun 17,2023The Good: Customer Service was great, the motors are great, remote and link to Google also. The Bad: (Really Bad) The blinds are not flat, there is more than 1" difference and the surface is curve. Of course the curve in the sides make the blinds more open in the sides. Also, the width of the blinds came 1 1/4" less.

Jun 15,2023I ordered the SmartWings shades so I can create routines for movie night and for privacy. The solar panel works great to keep the battery charged (even when it is mounted high on a window where it only gets indirect light due to being on a porch with and overhang).

Jun 15,2023Ordering our shades was really easy on the website. Order arrived within two weeks and were package and labeled really good. The shades are good quality and the motors come pre-programed which meant installation was a snap. We will definitely order from SmartWings again in the future!

Jun 14,2023I was able to work with a customer service rep to have custom length automated blinds fabricated. The process was simple and efficient and the blinds arrived perfect. Installation was a breeze and I really like the mounting clip design. Best I’ve seen. I would definitely recommend.

Jun 14,2023They are cut poorly. Even with the precise measurements, they manage to cut the whole blind and the inner roller part smaller by at least 1/2 of an inch. The outside mount ones appear to have been done right. The roller shade quality are subpar. I had to get a replacement on one (still waiting for it after a month) because the roller shade was cut lopsided. That particular one tend to fold on the side when rising. But then again, they’re made in china so what do you expect? Lack of quality control!! The only reason i gave it a two stars was because they have a variety of colors, otherwise they deserve a one star

Jul 12,2023Items ship from China, so it takes a bit to arrive. One of my blinds was shipped without mounting hardware. The top rail of my blinds are bendy with a large gap between the roller and the top rail. Overall quality could be better, but you get what you pay for.
