Fair price, superb build quality (to be accurate BEST price in this range of quality). Easy installation and also professional service in regards to when I had questions...I will be refitting my whole home with with Smartwings blinds as the first set are perfect.

Sep 11,2022This was my third room updating to motorized shades and it was the smoothest installation to date. Compared with my first order and installation, the packaging for shipping has been streamlined to just enough to protect the shades, and the addition of a HomeKit sticker on the bottom of the shade made adding them to Apple Home automation much easier. Overall, the shades work flawlessly and the Apple automation has worked well.

Sep 10,2022I made an online order of two motorized shades with Google Assistant compatibility. Within minutes of making my purchase, I was contacted by SmartWings customer service to adjust my order, and get this, save me money! When I received my order, the smart link was missing. I reached out to customer service and they overnighted my missing piece with apologies. Then, when I had issues with connectivity setting up my Google Assistant, I again called customer service and the most friendly and helpful representative walked me through the whole process and got everything working perfectly. I love my motorized shades and will recommend SmartWings to everyone!

Ordered the blackout samples, arrived in a couple of days, decided which one, ordered them, arrived in about a week, super easy to install, I didn’t have to adjust anything, control already programed, conected to homekit. Everything worked perfect, great experience.

Sep 01,2022Ordered the zebra shades and I’m in love. Similar shades from Lutron/Serena would cost 5-10x more. The installation was easy just a couple screws into the wood window frame and clicking them onto the mounts. HomeKit was a must-have. No more fiddling with remotes.

Super helpful answering my questions about the product. :) We love our outdoor shade for our sliding glass door. It blocks the heat of the sun while letting in the sunlight. It was easy to install and connected quickly with our Alexa device. It instantly made a difference in the temperature of our living area.

Jul 31,2022I researched quite a bit before buying my motorized shades. I had several requirements: HomeKit integration, good quality/looks. While there’s a few shades in the market that fulfill these requirements, they also cost a fortune. SmartWings was by far the most reasonably priced one. And not needing a hub is a big plus for me. I had never heard of this brand, but I found a few encouraging reviews. I made a leap of faith, which was easier by the amazing support. I am glad I did. I still have a lot more shades to buy for the rest of my house and I am glad I now know exactly which to get.
