Jun 19,2020The scheme is costly and onerous. Each year the same questions are asked and evidence that is still current and available to the scheme has to be re-submitted when there is no need. A better system would simply ask”what has changed since last year” instead of wasting valuable time and effort re-inventing the wheel

Their website works; it is intuitive and easy to navigate; it is easy to contact individual assessors who are happy to talk on the phone and who don't insist on email-only contact; the turnaround times are excellent and SMAS pricing much more in line with what smaller and medium companies can afford for this service.
